In a press release earlier today, it was announced that Jamaican captain K Peiterson, along with star wicketkeeper L Ronchi and middle-order batsmen J Troughton will be traded to Colts.

In return Jamaica will receive H Pears and K Vaas, traded earlier to Colts from Somerset, and S Liyanage.

Pears is expected to be a frontrunner for the new captaincy job.
