The thinking is probably whatever situation resulted in Bresnan playing, he won't be opening the bowling. If Tremlett plays instead of Finn, its possible he might open and Broad bowl first change. But Bresnans always going to be first change so its better if he gets his practice bowling there

He pointed out that not many of them go on to make it to the big time in cricket. Maybe he sends his son to Penrith on weekends to play cricket.

Shahzad bowling very nicely, hasn't really bowled a bad ball and getting close to producing that wicket taking ball.

Tremlett sprayed it around a bit but produced some beauties in there. Shahzad on the other hand has been close to awesome; very tight line at a decent lick, getting swing and he's had a few nicks already.

Bresnan's looked pretty tight as well.

Yes deserved that wicket, bowled excellently taking it away from the left-hander. Looks pumped up aswell, he enjoyed that one!
