Rugby 7s is best Rugby.

Springboks vs the All Blacks is the best rugby, but 7s is decent. Was quite fun to play but far too aerobic for me.

We know from rugby 7s in Rio. We were terrible in 2016. Obviously I hope NZ wins gold, but Fiji or Argentina would be fine - just not the Brits!
