Whatever it takes!!!
In undeniable proof that there is no God, Ivo Karlovic was drawn against Andy Roddick at Queens Club this week. The match finished 7-6 (7-4) 7-6 (7-5) to Roddick with neither player managing to break serve once. 50 aces were hit, 12 of the 24 games played being decided on aces alone.
rofl.. that is insane.

Ivanisevic, Roddick, Philippousis, Karlovic..

Would love to see them in the semis of a grass court event.

Preferably the faster grass of the past than the junk we see now..

So stoked for Tommy, theres some fight in the old dog. Has now won a tournament on every surface, if he is given a favourable draw he has every reason to be confident of a good showing at Wimbledon too, I believe he will be seeded too. Was ranked 41 before this week, should lift him to about 32-33 and given he won a grass court tournament it should see him seeded something around 28-29.

Haas really producing some renaissance form atm. Good luck to him.

If he gets a decent draw he might go a fair way at the Don.

35. Halle not worth as much as it was.

Hanescu will probably not be seeded on grass, though.

Yeh I counted wrong, didnt take into account other points. Still think he might snare a seeding, maybe 31 or 32.

Guccione in first round qualifying shock.

Still, Tomic and Old Man Sirriani through to the second round and Klein winning a match at Eastbourne. Yes, this is a good week in Australian men's tennis.

Lol, Novak out to 10.00 to win Wimbledon.
You fancy those odds? I don't think he'll win it. Don't think Murray's quite there yet, Rafa's obviously got fitness problems at the moment and Djokovic hasn't been performing. Roger's massive favourite at 10/11 but it's a big chance for everyone else.

Think the final will be another Roger vs not one of the big 4 affair. Depending on the draw possibly Cilic, Del Potro, Verdasco. Another smokey I'll throw at you to go far is Phillip Kohlschreiber, very good grass courter.

If he plays in the form he was playing pre-French, he'd be a real chance. But he's not.

I don't think he'll win, but $10 is interesting odds considering Rafa's fitness issues.

Monster backhand iirc. Good player.
Hes got a good grass court game, plus I think hes had enough big wins and shown enough potential in big tournaments to suggest hes going to have a break through event. If he has a good draw then this will be it imo.

Shattered for Tommy, missed out on seeding by 1 place in the end. Could end up anywhere in the draw.
