What do you guys say, we have teams named after countries (minimum 14 players from each country before a separate team can be formed) and call them CW-India, CW- England and so on. We could have a CW-ROW to include all those whose countries do not have a team yet.

Would be interesting. AFAIK there would be enough for about 3 full teams (Australia, England and India - possibly an NZ one) plus maybe a rest of the world team.

We've had the idea before - it's moderately decent, but I don't think it should replace the league season. And what with the offseason being pretty packed with international tours and various Twenty20 competitions, it'd be tricky to fit in.
