Yeah I think he didnot move fast enough sideways. He tends to be a slow fielder at times.

Very good by KM. He has definitely improved his hitting skills. He was an obdurate crease occupier to start with. But looks like he has adapted to T20 mode. Exciting to see whether he bwls or not. Proper ambidextrous stuff.

It's great to see green deck and the new ball bowlers do well, but that Kamindu/DDS partnership was brutal. This is why we need to play more games on pitches like these, it's the only way the bowlers will learn how to take wickets.

Nahid Rana looks to goods. Good FC numbers too. Hopefully he says fit and smoothens out his rough edges

Expecting Lahiru Kumara to limp off the field at some time. I cannot fathom why he is kept being selected over and over against Chamika Karunarathne in test, ODi and T20s. CK would have added another 50 runs with one of the top order batters today easily. And he is the bowler other than for Asitha Fernando who could run in whole day and hit the pitch hard.

Sigh. Our batting innings went roughly as expected. Fair play to Lanka. That partnership might prove decisive in settling this game.
