***Official*** Sri Lanka In Pakistan

WTF is the point of this match anymore? I stopped watching when Younis scored his first 100. They should just spend tomorrow touring Karachi, and eating the best Biryani around town. No point playing the 5th day at all IMO.
Weren't you the guy who was jumping that M&M will run through Pakistan.

Pakistan is a graveyard of bowlers not just pace bowlers. No wonder no team has any motivation to go and play cricket there.

Only if they were allowed a fair opportunity to do so. What we have seen in in last 3 days is a complete farce in the name of Test Cricket. This test like many in recent times has been so unfair to the bowlers.

So after all the wailing and gnashing of teeth about teams not touring Pakistan, we get a Test with a ridiculous pitch where it would take about 3 weeks to get a result, played in a virtually empty stadium.

A superb advert for Test cricket in Pakistan. Well done to all concerned.

Kahn learnt everything he knows at the redbacks:laugh:
His stint in Adelaide obviously toughened him up.

As much as I love Younis and the Pakistan team, this Test is pretty dull. Mind you, most big scores come in boring draws.

Was it the same Karachi pitch we usually see. What would be state of the Lahore pitch then which used to be a feather bed.

Younis (Younus?) seems a thoroughly decent chap. Perhaps he and Mahela could conspire to get the totals even with about 40 overs left, then just make it a Twenty20 in the final two sessions?!

I Think with no test cricket for 14 months Pakistan was worried whether their batting would be able to cope up with a sporting track thats why they took the safe option, next match I expect the wicket to be much better.

He was already averaging 50 with near 5000 runs before his stint with them.

Australians of the 90s made a career facing England for half of their matches. Their averages should be discounted in the ratings and all other stuff.
So long as you discount Indians who got to play on surfaces where they didn't really need thigh pads, let alone helmets :p.
