who is the fastest S.L. bowler, and what speed does he bowl
SL won 4-1.Will Scarlet said:Except when Bracewell is coaching.
If NZ plays with the same side as in AUS then 0-0 or 0-1. If Bond, Tuffy, and Papps return and Fulton comes into NZ's weak middle order then NZ 1-0 or 2-0.
What was the result of the last series home series against SL? Pretty sure NZ got done in the ODIs.
Thank God for that.dinu23 said:gunawardena is not even in the squad.
Past experiences have shown that there is no such thing as form as far as Chaminda is concerned.Vass is in good form

I do hope NZ will have Bond and Tuffey in full fitness, because NZ Team is awesome and in a different class when the two play in the Team. It also lifts their batting performance as well . I suspect the pitches in NZ will favour the pacemen .
But SL has in Vaas, Zoysa, Dilhara and Malinga bowlers capable of performing in Seamer friendly conditions !!
well if u see how many tests they have played thats a bit unfair to say.Richard said:And so far both have done largely nothing in their Test-careers.
I will hold you to that d1ck. Richardson will bounce back and have an awesome series. Mark my words..Richard said:Past experiences have shown that there is no such thing as form as far as Chaminda is concerned.
If he is indeed in good form, though, it's goodnight Mark Richardson.
I'm a James Franklin fan, and deserves his chance, but after seeing him belted all around Adelaide Oval, maybe he has lost his confidence with the ball, so maybe not. Ian Bulter should play. Depending on the pitches would depend if Chris Martin should get a run or not.anzac said:IMO a lot of the outcome will depend on the fall out from the AUS Tests so far as the NZL selections are concerned.............
eg - 6-4 v 5-5..............& will they bring in new blood - bat & ball??????
Malinga's averaging about 28 after 4 tests (against Australia twice, Pakistan and South Africa). What's he done to disappoint you - had the gall to make use of a helpful pitch at Darwin against the best batting line-up in the world (on debut)?Richard said:And so far both have done largely nothing in their Test-careers.
Yes, very similar to "Castro" from what I saw against Australia, though he's not as quick.Craig said:I think Malinga has some potential, although his round arm action, seems to remind me of Fidel Edwards.
Fernando has played 16 - about enough if you ask me.nookie_lk said:well if u see how many tests they have played thats a bit unfair to say.
Not if Chaminda bowls well, he won't.Richard Rash said:I will hold you to that d1ck. Richardson will bounce back and have an awesome series. Mark my words..
He's nowhere near accurate enough yet and if he plays a few more Tests I'd predict the average will rise quite a bit.garage flower said:Malinga's averaging about 28 after 4 tests (against Australia twice, Pakistan and South Africa). Fair enough, but that's quite different from saying he's done "largely nothing" in his short career to date.Richard said:He's nowhere near accurate enough yet and if he plays a few more Tests I'd predict the average will rise quite a bit.
