Equal with Kohli, Clarke, and Amla. One behind Root (who I expect to get a couple in the Ashes) and the Don.Kaneh Test ton number 28 for the little master to go with his 8000 runs.

4 100s in his last 6 tests. Is this the beginning of late career revival Kane?
100% agree.Whether or not Young is actually test level or not, you can't but feel sympathy for him given he was batted out of position most of his career so far. Gets one test where he doesn't score and is dropped. Meanwhile his rival, so to speak, gets umpteen chances and fails in all of them, and gets retained on what seems to be the easiest batting deck so far this summer. Reckon he'd probably would've tonned up here and gained some confidence at this level. Instead, Nicholls will be persisted with after a "comeback" innings and will average 17 in the next 10 tests after this which will probably take us two years to complete.
The world is yours my man. That is a perfect perfect morningSuch a delightful morning session today. Lazing in the sun, a couple of jars to the good - and some glorious drives to watch. Backyard cricket and more beer during the lunch break and back into it shortly.
You might be on to something here - you simply cannot play for the NZ cricket team if you're Young.Selectors probably think it's OK, he's still Young.
I'll get my coat
Hoping his inevitable century is a low one and is drowned out by a big daddy Kane double and 150s from Blundell and MitchellKaneh WAG.
Hope everyone at the ground is ready to stand and applaud Henry Nicholls' comeback century .
