It swings for people who know how to swing it. If you can't swing a 4 piece then you can't swing a 2 piece.

In the hands of the right lower grade bowler it can swing over a foot. Some bowlers are close to unplayable.

Lots of high school cricketers had lousy seam release. Some of the things the better players could do were just unfair though, I remember getting rolled for 35 against HBHS with a guy swinging it from a foot outside leg to off stump bowling over the wicket.

Come to think of it I do remember a slow-medium left-armer swinging it as you're describing & that was a 2-piece. Probably more a case of poor seam release at those lower levels.

I had to scramble the seam of a two piecer just to be able to keep it from swinging three pitch lengths, horrible things - makes any bowler look like a swing demon.

I 100% expect them to do this, Kaushal has shown enough potential in this innings.
