Just want to say that since the SL tour of SA I've developed a lot of respect for Lakmal. Always seems to be improving with bat and ball these days

Agree with this. Injuries to our quicks have really hurt us big time

Prasad got injured at the peak of his career. Lakmal is finally up trending after years of just going nowhere.. I feat an injury is around the corner. Praadeep too is always cutting his average down quickly but gets injured too often. Chameera lost his mojo. Eranga, another one lost to injury.

At one point we had a very promising future in our quick bowling when our spin larders were thinning out. Yea all that turned to **** pretty quick.

It is sad Sri Lanka is not producing the quick bowlers we used to produced in late nineties. Dilhara, Prabath Nissanka, Malinga, Ishara Amerasinghe and Prasad all bowled 90mph+ at some point of the career. Some of them were extremely wild, but still had pace and bounce. Then we had Thilan Thushara, almost 90mph at his peak, but lot more bouncy and skillful.

We don't see such bowling now a days. Tall, big fast bowler who bowls at upper 80s.

Good knock by Iyer. Couldn't ask for a better opportunity to get an easy century under your belt.

I have no idea what's happening but I swear this is what a fixed game would look like. Two overs of nothing but full tosses. Ridiculous bowling regardless.

****, dhoni's gonna bat all weird here and rob rohit of a double isn't he

like i can see him being on strike at the start of the last over with rohit on 199* and blocking the first five balls before hitting a three to deep backward point
