Feels strange hearing them discuss a post-Cook England. I'd sort of assumed he'd open the batting forever.
Barring injury,there's no reason he can't play for another 5-6 years with his technique and temperament. He's only 31 isn't he?

He just said the forecast is good for tomorrow, if that is the case why would you declare with 330 as the target and give them 4 sessions to get it?

Not interested in how much Cook scores today as it won't count towards him being the top scoring opener ever. Pleased to see he's not injured though. Must have regenerated like the reptilian he is.
