Think Hughes and Khawaja's involvement particularly the latter as not back in the test xi yet is for them preparing for test cricket ie playing international cricket and gaining experience.

Not sure how McKay has got himself such a good ODI record but you probably think that's what keeps him in the mix.

I find it hard to give simply because it was still such an easy play for Wade, but....yes. Clearly Herath was trying to get in the way.
