What an odd comment, Moeen maybe not what he was, but he's been one of the sweetest strikers of the ball in Cricket for over a decade. Mind you wouldn't advise bowling no-balls to anyone. You know you are bowling crap when Moeen Ali is hitting you
Yeah, looks like pretty short boundaries. Is it a good 6 hitting ground? So many sixes suggest the chase should be on.
Happens occasionally, like when England beat Afghanistan in the World Cup and Morgan hit 17 6's.I noticed England hit more sixes than fours in their total , how common is this in ODI cricket ? First time I've seen this happening.
The first 10 overs were key (and in the 2nd game really). The team batting first has effectively had 40 overs of decent batting conditions versus the 50 for the team chasing.I think we're probably short if this pitch carries on playing like it has over the last 40 overs, with our limited bowling attack. Yet hey anything well over 300 is defendible, just need to keep chipping in with wickets.
We've got to be faves with 5 wickts down, archers extra pace clearly the difference, shame some of the other blokes will have to bowl .Still favouring SA here but could go either way.
