Leave Saha alone guys. Series has had tough pitches and he's produced a couple of nice gritty knocks and kept really well. Hope they retain him.

People keep forgetting that Saha is still the best gloveman, I think I'd rather having him keep as best as he can, especially on Indian pitches rather than worry about how he's batting.

he is 32 ...dont see him playing for more than couple of season...was looking to see is there any one in his mid 20's with lot of promise in the domestic circuit

He was excellent with the bat in SL and he's been perfectly ok here on tracks where no one has done that well. And as said before, he's kept well. Not droppable imo.

Yea. Saha is doing perfectly fine atm, but we do need a substitute a couple of years down the line.

That's where Sanju steps in.

i think india can afford to play afridi style at this point
They can but why should they? Get Rahane to the ton, grind SA down even more and they still have 5 sessions to bowl SA out. More they bat, more the pitch gets worn down too. Already had a few more keep low than on the previous 3 days.

Siva makes a valid point about media's reaction to spin-friendly wickets, and Gavaskar is quite to respond with 'Spoken like a spinner Siva'.
