Yes, he has been good. Just frustrated with the situation. Particularly with Morkel and Rabada looking off.

This reminds me of the post-lunch session in England's 1st innings at Trent Bridge.

Westley repeated Ballance's error in playing too extravagantly before settling in again.

And Morkel is bowling a sublime spell at Root, who just needs to see him off.

That was a good piece of "3rd-man" work from Pollock. Really interesting to see how batsmen play Morkel from a footwork perspective and how Morkel can take advantage by bowling fuller. Morkel incredibly difficult to play when he's pitching it up as the batsmen want to instinctively play off the back foot.

Yeah idk if it's actually him who's spotting all this but he also did a bit on Westley's dismissal and what led up to it that was pretty good.

Now if only they'd get rid of Warne. Or at least get him to shave.
