It's when the bails were broken, and you couldn't be quite sure, I think they had to give BOD.

Nerves seem to have switched to England though, can see another run-out.

See if it was a normal situation, you'd say 53 for the last two wickets, with a set batsman, not that difficult. Yet the situation is far from normal, and the bowling isn't either.
