After this morning's lack luster start England have bowled well this afternoon, looked like the bowling unit we've been watching for the past couple of years.

Why haven't they given Jimmy the new ball, very strange.

That's why, nice nut that, beat him all ends up, he deserved that Finny bowled well.

Bit naive from Virus and Rudolph. They only had to waste 30 seconds.

Top delivery first up from Broad.

If only the field had been up to sotp the single he might have ended up edging it.

Hopefully he can bowl like that tomorrow.

Some over for no reward that from Broad.

Good fight back from England, like I said earlier after the lack luster morning session, they've sorted themselves out and bowled really well this afternoon. When it went flat they just bowled consistent line and length in the corridor, when they took the new ball they attacked. Shame about the dropped catches and the dead ball but they put all that behind them and fought back.

If they can start tomorrow how they finished today and keep SA under 330 they will take that and then hope for a bright sunny day when SA bowl.

Bit of a brainfade from the batsmen in the last session and a half there. There was good bowling no doubt, but there were too many wickets that fell to avoidable shots. That said, SA are still in the driver's seat, if only marginally. 350 is about par for this pitch.

Yep the good deliveries got nothing and the ordinary ones got wickets, bloody cricket.

Think the most important thing is if bowlers confidence was low after the Oval and it certainly looked that way at the start, how they ended today will have helped big time.
