I'ts going to be scary when Bangladesh play Australia later this year in oz.

The scores will be something like Aus 800+ for 1 or 2 and Bangladesh 25 all out .

Seriously Bang team is a joke, their batting line up is a joke and their pacers are pathetic.I mean is Australia such bowlers wouldn't even get a chance to play for their pre school team!:P

I don't like the idea of the stupid meaningless One Day Tournaments so soon, but Tests needed to be played for the Championship.

Yes something like 6 weeks ago. But they were playing cricket within a month after WC. Let's take India's example. It so happens India cancelled the Pak tour. Otherwise you'd have seen a comical situation with 8-10 replacement players for the Indian team. As it is, they had something like 6 replacements for the Dhaka series.

229/6 now, Salim messed up a stumping off Boucher (7*) on 82/4. Boucher & Rudolph went on to make 71 each. Cricinfo say the pitch has more cracks than a "dropped mirror". So expect Adams and Peterson (and Smith..) to bowl plenty.

It appears as though Bangladesh have reasonable batting talent from 1-4, but its their middle order from 5 - 7 which is really letting them down.

And occassionally one of their bowlers will take a few wickets but usually they've struggled to bowl a side out for less than 300.

What about there first ever test they were very compeditive in that match for most of the game scored over 400 in there first innings.

Well not many sides are capable of losing by an innings when the opposition get out for 300-odd.. Bangladesh are amazing more and more people...

I have never seen a grade 1 match in OZ, but could someone who has tell me who has generally better pace attacks?

But it should!

ICC could be a little more imaginative and use the time to play some kind of a tournament for the second string teams from the test playing nations. That would be nice and refreshing.
