Looking about 50 too many now.Probably 15-20 too many the way we've been batting.
He got lucky with the bat, and should have done a lot better. Kept moving all over the crease and completely missing straight balls that should have been hitMaxwell a one man team tonight it seems. Top scores for both sides, gets one wicket and had the best economy rate for Australia and took two catches.
It's bizarre he keeps trying to do this from ball one.He got lucky with the bat, and should have done a lot better. Kept moving all over the crease and completely missing straight balls that should have been hit
If it’s anything like over here, it’s a deadline set by the local council when allowing planning permission for the floodlights.Coming from a baseball background, I could never understand why players are not allowed to play past midnight. Will their mommy and daddy get upset if they break their curfew?
The quality of the pace bowling in BBL is pretty awful, though in Lynn's defence he never gets to face the Heat's pace bowlers who have been perhaps the worst in the competition for the past several seasons. He was also probably the only bat last night who got out to a genuine good ball and not a disgraceful shot. It feels like Lynn needs one good innings at that level and he'll be set, but I wonder how much it harms him not playing longer form cricket (i.e. Sheffield Shield) as he's not playing anywhere near as much cricket as what others are. It's bizarre he keeps trying to do this from ball one.
Lynn appears to be a complete myth. Quality of the BBL must be shocking.
