Cricket Web Colts v Cricket Web Blue
at Fardin Qayyumi CC
Scorecard
Commentary
Colts snatched victory thanks to a stunning opening spell from Kyle Wright, from which Blue never recovered. Earlier, Jasotharan and Towns had built a fine opening stand of 91, but suffered a familiar Colts middle order collapse to the excellent Halsey; only Rai's 21 not out prevented them getting bowled out. 231 was still enough, though, as Wright sent Cloete, Cribb and Fuller packing and the score to 25 for three. Dinu de Silva was forced to rebuild, and too much was left to wicket-keeper Crampton, who could not up the pace sufficiently.
Cricket Web Colts 230 for 9 (50 overs; Towns 50; Halsey 4/37)
Cricket Web Blue 216 for 7 (50 overs; de Silva 62, Crampton 62*; Wright 4/40)
Cricket Web Colts won by 14 runs

Cricket Web Green v Cricket Web U-19
at CWBCC Stadium
Scorecard
Commentary
A triple-wicket over from Ryan "Pinchy" Dunn threatened to give the youngsters the game, but ultimately, Green triumphed by the slimmest of chances as U-19 botched their chase in the CWBCC Stadium. Nitin Dravid and Justin Rodgie had both played excellent innings, but when Dravid went and the score stood at 222 for five, a true collapse happened as five wickets vanished for eight runs. Rose and Cameron bashed a few towards the end, though, and they turned out to be crucial. The youngsters looked to be cruising at 148 for nought, but tight bowling from Andrew Garven and Xavier Rose left them with too much to catch up, despite encouraging hitting from Zac Ritchie at number six.
Cricket Web Green 247 for nine (50 overs; Dravid 86, Rodgie 61; Dunn 3/40)
Cricket Web U-19 241 for five (50 overs; Pitt 84, Luff 66; Garven 2/36, Rose 1/35)
Cricket Web Green won by six runs
Man of the Match: Nitin Dravid
Cricket Web Black v Cricket Web Red
at Pickford Reserve
Scorecard
Commentary
Red showed worrying weaknesses in the batting, failing to chase a relatively meagre target despite a healthy innings from ODI opener Ian Markus. Earlier, Marc Robbins had contributed ten steady overs coupled with three wickets to rip the heart out of Black's middle overs, despite a great knock of 65 at a run a ball from Chris Butler, while Dave Watt ended with excellent figures of three for 28 to suggest a rekindled flame in the old one-day star. However, Neil Pickup ultimately turned the game with his two wickets, and Callum Thompson's nine overs were downright miserly. Rookie Kexing Su got a chance to clean up, taking three for 40 including Nayak and Robbins, who was disappointingly off the boil with the bat.
Cricket Web Black 231 for nine (50 overs; Butler 65; Watt 3/28, Robbins 3/34)
Cricket Web Red 212 all out (49.4 overs; Markus 53; Kexing Su 3/40, Thompson 2/21, Pickup 2/36)
Cricket Web Black won by 19 runs
Man of the Match: Callum Thompson
