Really? I didn't see 'em. Saw him get isolated a couple of times and give away a needless penalty, but precious else besides.Couple of nice touches from Toeava.
Hux.What this team would give for a kicker as reliable as Burke/Flatley et. al have been in the past, game was in the bag if Cooper had kicked those last 2 imo.

Kaino?Well barring Jimmy Cowan that was our best team and the aussies were missing JOC - best thing that could have happened to us.
Think its quite clear that Nonu and Smith are comfortably the best centre pairing we have, with due respect to SBW. With the low versatility SBW brings in terms of ability to slot into other positions, I'm finding it difficult to imagine how he'll get a bench spot over Jane, Toeava, Dagg, Kahui, etc.Try to Nonu - good understanding between him and Smith (man of the match so far)
I agree (regarding Toeava). I like him as a player but tonight he added little in his 20 minute appearance, and could've given the game away by conceeding the kickable penalty which Cooper missed. Jane also really failed to spark and I can't remember him looking for much work by coming off his wing. Guildford as we mentioned at halftime had a shocking first half and then didn't make much impact in the second. I know its far too late now but I did think Sivivatu should've made the squad; I think putting everything aside in Super Rugby and the lazy impression he can give with his workrate, hes a proven performer at test level who does get involved, and for a supposedly lazy player is very accurate at international level.Really? Agree with all of this tbh. Jane just wasn't in the game at all. Guildford's best touch was his last one before being subbed, when he broke a tackle, but his error rate was atrocious.I agree (regarding Toeava). It certainly was - went unanswered for a while as well but the "Wallabies" chant eventually found parity. Was Great looking around the stadium - 90% the lower section was gold, with about half of the upper section a very dark shade. Was that an "All Blacks" chant going up around Suncorp?
SBW wasn't on the bench in this match.Well barring Jimmy Cowan that was our best team and the aussies were missing JOC - best thing that could have happened to us.
In the world cup we will have to find another gear now - which is the way it should be - terrific character in the 2nd half - need to play with guts in the world cup. If SBW was on the bench felt he should have got a run even if just 15 minutes.
Yes Clapo - those missed kicks were important even though Aussie won - need a kicker.
Is it me or has Manu not got much pace?Good win for England today. First win in Dublin since before the 2003 WC. Second try in two games fro Tuilagi too. Boy's a beast.
I love Manu. Appears to have been raised in the Tigers dugout, on a diet of Martin Corry's whey protein and the blood of Northampton players.Good win for England today. First win in Dublin since before the 2003 WC. Second try in two games fro Tuilagi too. Boy's a beast.
