Okay, so considering what is fairest and given varying time zones, the draft will take place as follows from now on:

1. Teams must name their pick/s within 24 hours of the last team's confirmation.
2. Players will then have 24 hours to confirm from the point that a team announces a pick.
3. The CW Blue pick (Morris) will then have until 8:05pm my time (1:05am UK) to confirm.

This allows a team at least 48 hours to get a player on board, via email or MSN. Hopefully, however, in the interest of time and getting on with the Dev League, teams will try to use as little of that 48 hours to get their picks confirmed.

I know this seems like I'm favouring CW Blue and allowing more time to get Morris, but that's not the case. I think it's obvious how every team will benefit from this in the long run. I actually suggested a restart of the draft, but Håkon and I agreed that it would be better to continue from where we are right now.

The draft continues as of now and Morris has roughly 6 hours and 8 minutes to confirm.

Fair call, 24 hours did seem a touch short. Not the captains fault if the Rookies he's offering a contract to are non-existant for a day. At least this gives a nice cushion to try and get ahold of them.

Tiny bit harsh on Black maybe but there's no guarantee Morris will turn up today either so who knows
