If you had actually read the process, Blue had 24 hours from Camps's post to offer, then a further 24 hours for it to be accepted. So there's 48 hours from Camps's post, which leaves until about 10 in the morning.

24 hours to accept starts once a team names its pick actually. To maximize upon the full 48 hours, the captain would have to employ a bit of tact and name the pick on the verge of his 24-hour time period completion.

I actually agree with this.

Both Colts and Blue have been 'snubbed' by picks not confirming. The other picks don't seem to be that active, either.

Either allocate them to teams randomly, and 'hope' they sign in the activity thread or give them a day or two to sign in here to accept picks. No point in black,red, colts, and then blues offering more contracts if they'll be falling on deaf ears, again.
