Do you even Jinder
Even ahead of Jinder IMO. Jinder theoretically is fine for an upper card spot, particularly with the Singh brothers to help him cheat. The biggest issue was that he went from jobber to main event overnight without a short program in the upper mid card to make him really warrant holding the highest title in the company.

Jinder also was pretty consistently booked as being someone that needed the Singhs to cheat on his behalf to beat the Randy Ortons/Shinsuke Nakamuras of the world. He had a protected finisher but was for the most part, a cowardly heel that relied on goons. He also when in ring, made his opponents look good. They seemed better than him and he tended to bump his ass off, and if he didn't the Singh brothers sure as **** did.

The writing of Jinder's push was the major issue. The dude himself and the Singh brothers were all fine.

Alexa? Ehhh. She's scared to bump and is often acting without goons and still winning with clean victories. It sucks. Has anyone come out of a feud with her looking good?

I mean, that was the extent of my point tbh
I see overpushed as more the person isn't deserving of the spot they're in. Alexa Bliss should be the women's "Miz". A title or two, but for the most part a midcard threat. Reckon WWE's fascination with pushing her has massively hampered the growth of the women's division. People may enjoy seeing Alexa on TV and I do too but no one is going to pay to see her wrestle.

I honestly can't wait till HHH takes over and the women's card gets treated with the respect it has received in the last few years in NXT.

They have an insane 72 year old man running things, so it's no surprise the product is hard to watch. Give it 5-10 years and things will change. Right now all that's happening is we're losing the best years of Styles, Rollins, Neville, etc. to an environment that takes even the most skilled performers and makes them feel overexposured and mediocre.

They book Nakamura/Styles in five matches in a row and all of them end up being underwhelming. Out of all the talented women in the company they pick Alexa Bliss, Nia Jax, and Carmella as champions. That basically says everything you need to know about the product.

He was Most Outstanding Wrestler 2014-2016.

18 months ain't that long man. The feuds he's been booked in since (Owens, Nakamura) have been poorly handled. We're definitely losing some of his best years.

I reckon the Nakamura feud hasn’t been terrible. The matches disappointed a bit and not all of that was due to the finishes. Thought the last man standing was genuinely pretty good though.

I am dreading the Alexa v Ronda match, Ronda looks great and she did wonders with Nia who isn't that good, but if the match is the standard Alexa match where she dominates Ronda until she is pinned then no thanks. Ideally it should be a replay of Brock killing Cena at Summerslam. It makes Ronda look like a beast which should be the objective considering the money she is been paid and Alexa will be fine anyhow. One squash isn't going to hurt her whatsoever.

Edit....Just remembered they have done nothing with Almas since calling him up. Not good guys.

Not surprising either.

I don't mind it too much, not using him in the short term is better than actively misusing him.

Smackdown was a bad choice for him though IMO. Nakamura likely has the US title scene tied up for the immediate future, and Styles has a long list of blokes that can challenge for the WWE title ahead of Almas (everyone in that gauntlet match for example). Where else can you stick the arrogant foreign heel on a 2 hour show that already can't afford time to show its totally stacked tag and womans divisions.

He'd have been a natural fit on Raw to take the IC title away from Rollins. How did they **** that up?

Yeah Black isn’t exactly a guy that needs the NXT belt. Unless it was all to get Ciampa the belt. In which case fair enough.

I’m sure Almas is earning more on the main roster so isn’t too upset about it

Last night. She just flipped her **** and did a massive beatdown on Sasha. Comms tried to put it over as a heinous act etc but the crowd were cheering wildly. Pretty funny
