Pakistan have been choking for a LONG time. The only problem is that South Africa end up doing it in major tournaments and in the final stages. Otherwise Pakistan choke far more often than SA.

In fact Pakistan is one of the worst teams under pressure

Yes. Choking means getting into strong positions to win and then losing the match from there. Pakistan invariably lose early wickets these days, much like India of the Azhar times, so their losses cannot be considered choking..

Pakistan choke and frankly speaking they choke against SA very frequently. One of my most painful memories is the 99 WC super six match against SA. Would that be classified as a choke?

But people do have a point. Pak are not that good to begin with.
