For not playing more attacking, attractive cricket.

On the matter of roads though, surely that's the last we'll see of Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
I should provide you with my itinerary as if you are going fishing; you need to know what I’m up to as I’m the person on here who bites.

Steyn and Morne averages 45 and 38 for the series.Steyn was good at times but Morne figures flatter apart from a fluky fifer he was totally rank.

Wouldn’t read anything into that. The wickets were abject and an affront to cricket. If Steyn averages that at home or on wickets where results are possible then I would worry.

Honestly I was surprised..I didnt see the matches...but I really expected a severe thrashing at the hands of Steyn and Morkel..Ok the pitches were flat but still..apart from Younis Khan, this is a terrible batting order.

So well done Pakistan... Look forward to New Zealand now.

If Swann bowls well in Brisbane (not a good first over), he can overtake Steyn as the world's number one ranked bowler.

Honestly I was really disappointed by Morkal's efforts sure the pitches were flat but he never looked like taking a wicket unless the batsman was willing to gift him one looked the most nonthreatening pace bowler in show barring Sami who is not a cricketer.

Umar Gul seemed quite pedestrian most of the times I should say.

That new delivery has sure worked wonders…

Gul can never carry an attack as he strings a decent performance together once in a blue moon. Good supporting bowler but when he tries to bowl line and length consistently he inevitably ends up getting bored and then travels. Interesting to see what quicks travel to NZ, presumably he and the new guy will while Sami will get the axe for the 14th time...

Umer Gul was pretty good in most of his first spells was a bit unlucky not to pick up couple of wickets each time also he does not have as big a rep as Morne who is seen as one of the best fast bowlers going around.

tbh I wouldn't know exactly how good he was bowling because I have been in East Asia for the past few months and have been following cricket on cricinfo. Will be returning back in December to get back to some live pictures.

Shoaib Akhtar made exactly the same comment few days back on TV he's a very good third seamer but not much else.

For NZL Gul,Wahab,Tanvir seems certain the 4th quick could be the highly rated Junaid Khan | Pakistan Cricket | Cricket Players and Officials | ESPN Cricinfo or another domestic work horse Asad Ali | Pakistan Cricket | Cricket Players and Officials | ESPN Cricinfo

Never heard of these two guys before. What happened to Sohail Khan???? Apparently he was rated very highly too???

Anybody know what happened to Asim Kamal???? He was such a great batsman. Disappeared off the radar completely.
