Taylor and Williamson were the two biggest hopes and they've batted 10 balls between them. This is going to take sonething special if they want to save this.

Didn't expect much from Taylor here as don't think in much form but that was particularly limp.

So our three least experienced batsmen to save us?

We are in with a chance as we have three left handers unless HafeeZ ****s us up.
Anderson not the greatest against spin though, is he?

Regardless it's going to take a truly humongous partnership from here, like something over 250. Difficult to see that happening.

That's incorrect - he is a gun against spin.

Its all up to these three batsmen as Watling will get himself out fairly rapidly against the SLA.

You are right though odds are against us - but we aren't going to give up just yet.

Not feeling comfortable watching these two play back to full balls - feels like if any ball misbehaves even slightly they won't have a hope. Need to come forward to the full ones....

Latham's got a lot going for him in these conditions, especially his proficiency with the sweep. But the one thing he has going against him is his creasebound play. Haven't seen him go down the track once.

Some truth in both of these posts but overall Anderson and him and doing remarkably well, and I am not quite sure where, being Kiwi batsman, they learned these skills.

Latham impressive, despite the number of near miss edge/pad/bat shots when defending. While it may be only a matter of time before one of those gets him, he's clearly worked hard on a method to playing this bowling and appears composed.
