**Official** Pakistan v New Zealand in the UAE 2014

Jeets was robbed. Always got played on the flattest of flat tracks and then got blasted for it.

Sad times.
I'd have sympathy for this if Jeets didn't back away so horribly against South Africa in the last set of tests he played, combined with saying "No thanks" to a chance to play for NZ again.

I want to make an analysis post for the day and would like a kiwi who bowls pace to correct it and comment where I am wrong.

Neeshams bowling: he is inaccurate or at least he is when I watch.
I feel when he bowls he lets his bowling a be quite loose so that it snaps at point of delivery for more pace. Southee and boult, who are far superior bowlers have taut sp? arms. Their bowling arm is less loose and more controlled and hence they are more accurate.

The tension is killing me already. Just know that this will end up a 'great match for the neutral' i.e. horrible, as we get rolled for something slightly inadequate and then spend the rest of the day desperately trying to defend it.

Well, even if we were bowled out now, Pakistan would still have to score quicker than the first-innings economy rates of Southee, Boult and Sodhi in order to win. Probably the draw is still the most likely outcome from here.

Keeper definitely could have gone for that. Mind you, it still carried through quite comfortably to slip.

Ooh, review. This might actually be a bit closer than I thought live.

That sweep by Taylor is far more of a hockey shot than his slog sweep. Bat was almost parallel to the ground.
