**Official** Pakistan Tri-Nation Series

Takes about 3 minutes after the fact, before we even see the spectacular bit of fielding.

Live: missed it.
Then torturous 3rd umpiring of an obvious dismissal.
Then break for change of batsman.

Buzz kill.

Get the umpire back to making a decision. Let the review be a players review.

Sears way down on pace from where he was last season, barely cracking 130kmh this spell. Seems like he's still a month or two short of being fully match fit.

You're being unbearably tainted by your jingoistic Pakistani outlook here.

Sure, in Pakistan this match began at 9.30am, which is 90 minutes past the point that delineates the boundary between the first third and second third of February. However, in South Africa it was only 6.30am at that time: the start of this match firmly preceded February's 33.33rd percentile from a braai perspective.

That this match also encompasses early mid-February in Pakistan, New Zealand, and soon to be South Africa does not preclude its classification as an early February match. These are not mutually exclusive designations! I hope your snide remarks are more thought out in the future.
The 10th isn't even the middle third

For now I think we are fine. Still on for 300 at least with an acceleration at the back end if they can carry on like this till the 40th. They new to this level as well.

A 5,6,7 of Mulder, Mpongwana and Muthusamy makes me nervous.
Rob Walter masterclass yet again I'm afraid

I'm not a big fan but this is quite difficult circumstances to be fair to him. He doesn't help himself with selections as I would have gone Prince/Peters over Mpongwana/Dala but maybe there are pressures. He has hinted it with the Simelane selection.

Mulder in at 5 with an average of 15 which includes a 50 recently in UAE v Afghanistan 😅 The positive is he can also start to fain confidence in his batting I guess.

The 4th South African to make a ODI hundred on debut after Ingram , Bavuma and Hendricks ..

Checking the overall list it's very surprising how short it is , only 19 players have done it in history that's including associate ODI cricket.
We have the most players who have done it :

Hundreds on debut from each country :
SA : 4 (Colin Ingram, Reeza Hendricks , Temba Bavuma, Matthew Breetzke)
PAK : 3 (Saleem Elahi , Abid Ali , Imam Ul Haq)
NZ : 2 (Rob Nicol, Martin Guptill)
ENG : 2 (Dennis Amiss, Michael Lumb)
WI : 2 (Desmond Haynes , Amir Jangoo)
ZIM : 1 (Andy Flower)
AUS : 1 (Phil Hughes)
IND : 1 (KL Rahul)
SCO : 1(Michael English)
AFG : 1 (Rahmanullah Gurbaz)
HKG : 1 (Mark Chapman)

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
I know it's his 2nd ODI but this is terrible death bowling from Sears. Everything short, no Yorkers in the blockhole. No plans at all
