***Official*** Pakistan in Sri Lanka 2015

Is Yasir slowly but surely becoming the best spinner in the world? (Ashwin and Herath are the only real competitions)
He has only played in the UAE, Lanka and Pakistan (against Zimmers) so I think we need to see what he is made of outside Asia before we call him that. although yeah he has looked very good so far.

Riaz out for the test series, the trundler Junaid is Pakistan's leader of the attack. These are very dark times for Pakistan.

The countdown to Amir returning intensifies.

I'm somewhat confident at his ability to do well outside of the SC. The things he does well like shape through the air and accuracy isn't pitch dependent.

but he still plays in a very uncertain team. Will never really be sure if he would be able to get scoreboard pressure on the opposition from the bunch of clowns we have as batsmen.

Shane Warne thinks that Yasir is the real deal but let's wait a little bit before conferring on him the title of best spinner in the world. At least we don't have to worry about him being a chuckmal

Yeah they've played really well. Un-Pakistanesque calmness.

Btw, is Fatty done? Didn't watch much of this series but he hasn't picked up wickets at all while Kaushal and Yasir have filled their pockets.

Good effort to lose only 2 wickets thus far. Now bat all day tomorrow and half of first session on day 5 and try to win. Ideally speaking of course

would arguably be the best win for years by Pakistan.

Don't forget Riaz won't bowl again and Junaid is bowling garbage. A lot to ask Yasir sadly.:sadangel:

even drawing will be a good achievement after getting bundled out at that score in the first innings. the workload is too much for yasir shah with wahab getting injured to be able to sneak in a win. but you never know

Well he didn't actually bowl in the innings Kaushal took all of his wickets.

rangana herath is one of my favourite spinners going around right now but saying yasir is better than him is like saying shehzad is better than sanga, two tests is not an indicator of form

That's not a very accurate analogy. There is humongous difference in quality between Sanga and Shahzad, let alone longevity. I wouldn't necessarily say that the difference in quality between Yasir and Herath is that big.

Bit unlucky there Misbah, but Pakistan still in with a chance here. If they can scrape there way to a 200 run lead this could be a cracker.

Wahab won't bowl again will he?

Also have you seen Junaid bowl recently? If you have apologies, wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy, trundling like no tomorrow.
