Well done Saffers. Chokers of old? Not this team. Not when you have every base covered in batting and bowling. Even their spin option is serviceable. A cut above England imo and several above the rest. Except for Pakistan. A thousand cuts above them. Their form has been an emabarrasment to the country and cricket. Even when Smith gave them a gift of batting 1st in the 2nd test they muffed it. Contrary to whats been said here in bravado by some of their fans, their team needs all the pity it can get and deserves all the insults it cops.

What is your ****ing problem?

I don't care about your insults to the Pakistani team, but you were insulting the country. Who says something about showing the country in the nude? That's just offensive.

We have lost our best 2 bowlers due to fixing, our batsman are FTBs and we play most of our matches on dead pitches, whereas RSA play most of their matches on green wickets. What else were you expecting? Yeah I hoped that they put up a better fight but they tried their best to hang around. However they just weren't good enough.

If different results are to be expected then Pakistan will need to play more Test matches than what they do atm, they will also need to play in bowling friendly conditions in order to adapt to the pace, bounce and movement. Otherwise we will always be OK and never good.

Steady on. Your guys played like rubbish and I'm just stating what happened for everyone to see. (btw I didn't insult Pakistan I said your team basically achieved that on its own).

Besides I have been just as harsh on Australia when we've screwed up and will again if we lose and complain about spinning wickets in India.

Look: You expect something from test batsmen. Bit of fight and technique. Neither quality was displayed. It seemed after a while SA could have picked any pace bowler they liked to pwn you. Yes your ltd test program is a problem and on the plus side Irfan looks very very good. He's just been unlucky in his odi and test outings.

Don't feel the least bit sorry for losing Asif and Amir and hope never to see the former again. Would like to see Amir again though and with Junaid and Irfan you'll have something for sure. Its a problem but for Pakistan but then so is match fixing and betting. Glad they were caught. The team and cricket will hopefully be better off for it

Saffers have never choked at Test cricket. On the contrary, they fought back from impossible situations in quite a few crucial matches.

After being out for 96 against Oz, The second day of the first test match vs England. Faf's knock to save the match, the 2nd test vs Pakistan etc.

Perhaps that's because they drew several home series that they really should have won by losing key matches in a way that really shoudn't have happened. I don't think those occasions justified the 'C' word, but there was still a degree of messing up when it mattered.

Now what we've seen over the last 12 months or so is a genuine step up insofar as they've absolutely nailed series that were there for the taking and dug in where necessary to set up evential series wins when the going was tougher. Whether that's down to better concentration, better mental toughness, or simply being a better side is down to opinion. All credit where due though, they're several classes above everyone lese right now.

they weren't that far away from losing to half an australian side tbh
