OMG!!! OMG!!!! can we win this game guys?????!!!
Definitely. We need them gone as soon as possible. Our chance of winning goes out the door if we don't get them within a MAX of 15 overs. Even then it would be unlikely. 10 overs or less would be magnificent.

By my watch, we were lucky to bowl that final over - Vettori must've started it no earlier than 1.59pm because it was 2pm by my count. Crucial wicket given that Aamer's been difficult to dislodge throughout the series. 59.3 overs remaining so IMO the final three Pakistani wickets need to be taken within the next 12. Keeping in mind two overs are lost for the change of innings, I think we need 45 overs minimum to chase the total - anything less than that is certainly pushing it.

I think it was McCullum that said "oh no" when he saw who was under it.
Initially I thought it was the batsman, Aamer, saying "oh no" in reaction to his shot selection with lunch three balls away, but on second thought you might be right that it was a rather cynical McCullum with Martin under the catch...

Agreed and if Kamran loses partners I expect him to slog some runs to make it even tougher.

I can see the excitement at having Pakistan 7 down and potentially not far from all out disappearing very fast if we do bowl them out, only to lose 2 or 3 quick wickets at the start of the chase!

I know I've said similar things when I've seen an unco-ordinated idiot under a catch off my bowling.

Usually it's a caught and bowled chance.

lol good mental image of you - being murray - saying oh no as the ball comes rocketing back to you.

Keep getting my hopes up but really looks to be heading for a draw

Chasing 200 in 48 overs would be pretty challenging, pushing it up to say 220 in 44 overs at 5 per over is pretty close to out of reach I think.

If we do get to bat why not send Tim Southee out to open and hopefully he comes of with a quick 40-50?
