Think it's laughable how easily Anderson and Hales have gotten away with their ****** behavior this series. All Anderson had to do was say 'sorry' and Hales didnt even do that.

My thoughts exactly. Mind you, they way this morning's going I'd be more than grateful to concede any lead under 100. We really are looking very ordinary indeed.

They're going above 3.5, they have ages of time, it was a new-ish ball first thing in the morning and it's overcast. I think being circumspect was exactly the right approach.

Why do I do this

3rd test 297 all out plays 400 all out. For 2 days I felt extremely jubilant..on a high. And then they knocked off the lead in one session. The subsequent events had me deflated the whole week.
4th test 101/5 and I told myself I am not going to feel high, I am going to remain deflated because Moeen and Bairstow are going ton up. They almost did.

Now i don't even know what's better.. To get my hopes up temporarily and then have it dashed and feel like **** or just feel like **** all throughout.
