Got to keep on plodding on here, stacks of time left so not like we need to finish it today.
I know we're getting ahead of ourselves, but there's a fine line. Obviously time isn't an issue, but too many overs with the second new ball might be.
Not that I'm criticising these two at all for the current run rate.

Whatever it takes!!!
Naseem has to bowl soon... I get the appeal of Abbas and he will always ask questions but sometimes you have blast a wicket out to open the gates.

That’s a lovely late drive from Sibley. Boy kops a lot of stick but give him praise where it’s due.

Jimmy leaking runs is a bit unusual to be honest, he’s been the most expensive quick on show in this test match. He’s bowled some good spells even in this game so it’s probably premature to write him off but, assuming he is rested for the next game, one does wonder if they’d be willing to bring him back in the final test especially if both Broad and Woakes keep taking wickets and the series is still on the line)
Jimmy impacted by the saliva rule without a doubt. This is the least the ball has swung in a summer that I can recall in England.

Woakes and broad have always relied more on seam and pitch and why they've looked better than Jimmy.

Robinson been called into the squad. Be interesting to see how they line up next match.

Root's looked a lot less convincing since lunch, Sibley's looked the more assured batsman.

That uneven bounce that Abbas just got, imagine how tougher it is off Naseem. Abbas is good when you got batsmen trying to be proactive but right now, I would rather bowl Naseem and maybe Shadab instead of Yasir.

In the old days, and not so old, a team would get a start and start dreaming and then a wicket falls and you’re suddenly 120 for 5 and booking your taxi home.
