This has been a very good knock. Busting his arse out there.I know opening standards have been low but Masood has dealt with the round the wicket better than any other left handed opener.

Likely jealous of his luscious locks, good looks and general pleasant disposition.Am trying to work out why Woakes annoys me so much, and aside from the obvious (being English) I think it's just he's so nondescript as a cricketer. Like I can imagine him playing 50 odd tests and less than 10% of genuine cricket fans understandably remembering a single thing he's ever done.

Some truth in that. The first performance that came to mind was his 137* against the Indians on their last tour rather than any of his bowling.Am trying to work out why Woakes annoys me so much, and aside from the obvious (being English) I think it's just he's so nondescript as a cricketer. I'm claiming thisThis will all fall apart soon enough imo
Absolutely. It bought the attack time to regroup and get their **** together too. Not a single full toss that I've seen today compared to 5-6 yesterday. The rain killed the flow of runs
This is the Woakes of posts. Utterly And typically nondescriptLikely jealous of his luscious locks, good looks and general pleasant disposition.

I think it's because his most memorable spells are just less impressive looking versions of Anderson's and Broad's.Some truth in that. The first performance that came to mind was his 137* against the Indians on their last tour rather than any of his bowling.
Kind of bowler who one perceives as nipping players out rather than running through teams.
could use your fifteen minutes on something more memorableLove that Woakes being exceptionally forgettable is catching on.
