IMO there should be a 2nd division where associate teams (including Bangladesh) can play and home to get promoted to the first division which ensures automatic qualification and the spoils of a test playing nation. This would not only allow associate nations to try test cricket, it would also indicate the relative worth of their abilities in this format.
