Just out of curiosity,if Bangladesh and Pakistan had not seperated, how would that impact the Cricket future of both countires?

I'm sure there would have been some legislation mentioning a predefined ratio of players from both East and West Pakistan. It would be interesting to see what the team would look like now. Also, better coaches,a better infrastructure etc,and who knows, players would East Pakistan (modern day Bangladesh) would be a force to be reckoned with.

Did any players from modern day Bangladesh represent Pakistan pre-1971?

You could say the same thing about Pakistan and India

And NZ/Australia

Wanted: Bangladeshi cricket commentator

Must have-

1) the ability to mangle any English word longer than three syllables

2) A fun, perky disposition offset by the murky notion that he is secretly slitting his wrists behind the mic

With the way West Pakistan was treating East Pakistan I doubt anyone from East Pakistan would have made it to the team.

Not that any of the current lot look like they could make it to the Pakistan team (except maybe Shakib, who seems to have ended his golden run)

There's a very good chance of Pakistan/India forming the best team in the world at some point in time because of the specialized batting and bowling talent they've produced over the years.Pakistan/Bangladesh is a different case because both sides are at poles apart in terms of ability..

the bang bros got banged, or so it seems.

119/8.

The banger crows praying but they should know that prayers won't help at this stage

Game over. Feel sorry for Bang supporters.

Pakistan have won 22 consecutive matches against Bang, drawing with Aus and RSA against Zimbos.
