What's a bet Pakistan come out after lunch and bowl absolute crap?

Lol, India's team is a ****ing mess at the moment, doubt you'll find a way to lose (last time was a freak miracle).
Nah. I wrote a decent rant last night. Regardless of whatever technical flaws India's batsmen have, they're better at going big, and there art of preparing bouncy pitches with little sideways movement seems to have died in this country, which means if the pitches do have life in them it's good for India's bowlers who are shorter but move the ball more.

The Melbourne test at least is practically an India home test too, with the crowd.

International Debutant
Labuschagne doing similar to Gower back in Adelaide 90/91; needlessly playing at leg-side deliveries just before lunch to detriment of side.

We need to go back to fast, bouncy wickets. We're just lucky that other teams have been so **** lately that we've been able to maintain a home mostly-winning record. Shooting ourselves in the foot with the pitches we've served up last 5 years

It does look like Father Time has hit Australia's batting like a speed train. Warner's about to go, Khawaja's aging and doesn't have a front foot, Marnus seems to have forgotten the art of the play and miss, Smith is getting squared up like there's no tomorrow in contrast to even 12 months ago, Head is dangerous but has enough technical flaws that if you're willing to go against the grain in tactics you will usually get him out before he gets the chance to do much damage and while Marsh is #inform his lack of a forward defence will get him into trouble. There's **** all quality coming out of the Shield too to put pressure on these guys either (granted I don't think any of them should be dropped regardless bar maybe Warner who's already announced his retirement). If Marnus and Smith (and Smith in particular I'm not confident can) can't turn it around the batting starts to look really threadbare.

Australia really need a proper swing bowler. Please let Richardson stay fit.

It might not have been a coincidence that Pakistan huffed and puffed at Perth but still got belted but here they've made it a genuine 50/50.
