The more worrying thing for me is that they might take Head rather than Maxwell to India as a 'bowl part timers' batsmen. Maxwell has the technique to actually score against spin, Head gets bogged down. Head should be replacing Bailey not Maxwell in the ODI side.

Not that it'll make any difference for the India tour. We'll get wiped 4-0 anyway.

Hazelwood tends to have some sense, but I wouldn't expect much from lyon.

Incidentally what has happened with Lyon's batting lately? He used to be a solid reliable blocker but he's turned into a back-away-swing-at-everything hack that's lucky to last 10 minutes at the crease
