Only one of the four wickets (Marsh) has fallen to a really good ball, the rest being unneeded attempts to score quickly. There's plenty of in an ODI to build an innings and get the run rate up, yet whacking boundaries is considered more important than staying in. The Lehmann mindset. And we can't play spin for ****.

Don't think there's much difference, if any. The white ball softens more quickly though and from experience can be a bit harder to grip when old but it really depends on the bowler.
I think it definitely swings more than the red ball

It can swing a little more when new but the red ball generally swings more reliably and for much longer during the innings.

Not really anything obvious, but think there's bit of a kink there. The guys who push from behind their back often seem to use some elbow. Might be fine though. Hafeez clearly more suspect.
