Congrads to Pkaistan. Played very well.

SL is reduced to only a two man batting line up. Only Sanga, Mathews and PJ are showing that they have a set of balls. Dilshan has to go, and so is Mahela. Sam must be laughing out of his arse by now. Herath is woeful and still our selecturds keeping faith on him. Prasad bowled beautifully, and would be a good bet on SAF wickets. Lakmal lacked luck, and bowled well too. Welegedara is just plain ****. It's time to bring back Pradeep and all rounder Kulasekara as well.

3rd test: Kaushal Silva+, Paranavithana, Sangakkara*, Mathews, MJ, Chandimal, K. Kulasekara, Randiv, Prasad, Lakmal, Pradeep

I'm pretty sure talking Malinga out of retirement is crossing the minds of some Srilankan officials now.

They already tried before the home series against Australia and he told them to GAGF. If they try again now I imagine it'll yield exactly the same result. I reckon they'd have more chance with Vaas.

He'd give the same response too. Retired from all formats of cricket in last week.

Well haven't you seen thatI've selected MJ despite he has to go?

You must be a SLC official who is missing statements of agreements due to what ever reason.

btw Pakistan's pace future is looking not so bad.

Gul, Junaid, Wahab, Tanvir (I know Xuhaib will make a fuss), Cheema and (from what I hear) Sadaf.

Even if 2 of them can come out good we can have a decent pace attack

Now that Pakistan have a few pace prospects, I wouldn't have The Jacket anywhere near the side, even if he is a first XI bowler.

I don't know. The Jacket is my favorite pace bowler atm :p........

tbh nobody really knows how are why jacket was let go of. Maybe he really was not involved

Interesting comment from Misbah.
Credit to the team, they have been playing good cricket for the last year and a half.
A year and half ago the team was preparing to tour England without him - and indeed, nine of the starting XI changed - so I'm not sure Misbah can really claim it's the same team.

Meh, imo.
Junaid looks promising can develop in to something very useful Gul you always hope will finally start using his brains more. Sadaf is the real wild card he's chalking up stats never seen before in Pakistan first class cricket.Ofcourse all this is a far cry from Aamer-Asf days.
