Wonder what would happen if England employed 3 slips and a gully for all batsmen below 7, then bowled how they would to the openers.

Toffee should be replaced. He has a lot of technical issues with his batting and is a sitting duck in non subcontinental conditions

Maybe they should open with Azhar Ali and Umar Akmal should come in Number 6 with Shafiq moving one up.
