We haven't bowled badly but they've batted well. They've been positive from ball one. Of course there is turn but no low bounce or stopping on the deck as much as yesterday.

Is Sears even going to get an over here?

Larsen must be wishing he'd selected himself for this tour, he'd bowl his four overs for about two on these surfaces!

Just saw CdG's drop, seemed straightforward. Hopefully he makes up at the bowling crease.
CdG normally plays as a specialist bat in T20s. His bowling seems hittable. Lacks slow ball / short ball variations. Only bowled 6 overs in 11 T20Is in his last full season 2019-20. Didn't bowl much in recent English Blast / Hundred.

That's a serious wicket of Rahim. He's a bloody good batter. Would have caused us some damage

Good stuff from Ravindra, great to see him coming back strongly after the six. Top keeping from Latham too. Though the turn on offer probably means NZ are up against it.

Ravindra gets the wicket of Shakib in the first game, then he breaks a big partnership for his first wicket here, and then takes out Mushfiqur. Not a bad start with the ball.

Lol, few nerves for Sears.

His first throw was wild, that catch was, well, interesting.

Hope his first ball is better.

Yeah, Latham’s got good hands but his footwork is where we see his part time status.
Interesting speed readings for Sears. 125-130kph apart from the one full delivery. Wonder if the speed guns calibrated properly.

That looked very catchable ... wonder what lead to Latham taking the gloves ahead of Blundell?
Latham's been excellent standing up, but would been interesting to see Blundell keep in these conditions with the India tour later this year.

Sears bowling too full and not mixing his pace much. The problem is good slower one would be like 120k

I think we've got the third spinner going forward for test cricket. I was a bit sceptical but Ravindra will do the job.
