This tbh, no sympathy for any sportsmen in any code who does this. Being paid double-triple the average weekly wage to play footy and then do stuff like this...where brain go?

Agree with the above two posts. Sucks for Knights fans, but how stupid do you have to be to push drugs while earning that kind of money?

Yeh no sympathy for the players but the fans are the ones who pay in the long run. The team loses sponsors, the club loses money, it becomes harder to attract good players. **** some people are brain dead.

Yeh Ive got teams on nrl.com, one in each of the sportal comps, fox sports and the telegraph one.

The only one i really take seriously though is my team on the broncoshq where we run a virtual nrl comp like the old one but do it manually, works awesome.

Yeah have a team on foxsports, in a leauge with all my old uni chums, is a good way to keep in touch with us all being spread to different corners of the country/globe atm.

EDIT: should add I'm the raining champion of the league, which speaks alot about it's low quality.

Edit2: that's right I'm the weather champion of the league.

Loving Fox 2 atm - replay Parra-Saints final from last year. FMD Parra's defence in that one was unbelievable.

Yesterday's paper had their NRL preview and they tipped the Gold Coast Titans to finish 1st. I know it is a local paper etc., but geez turn it up. Also if Tim Smith gets a game for Brisbane and Ch 9 are covering it, and Gus Gould is there, surely by the end of the game Gus would be giving Smith fellatio by the end of the game

I actually know a lot of people who tipped the Titans to come first. I predicted.....

Will be doing both the Sportal ones this year again. Won their whole team-based comp last season, as it goes. Got an i-phone (which I wasn't eligible for, not being based in Oz or NZ) that I donanted to Clapo out of the goodness of me heart.

Seems to work pretty well, IMHO. Handy tiebreaker.

I was reading in the paper today that Warriors who are rumoured to be interested in signing Sonny Bill Williams, the Bulldogs were going to asking for $1m in compensation and then use that money to sign Mortimer, so there goes that plan.

But it turns out that SBW is still under contract, surely the Bulldogs are not paying him? I though that when SBW ****ed off, and Toulon handed over the money that the Bulldogs had washed their hands of him.
