Mmm I dunno. The Dragons always lose to the Raiders (though I never have the stones to tip it). It will be interesting to see how they pick themselves up from here, but even more interesting would be seeing them face the Raiders in week one which is a very real possibility.I guess St George's choke is starting. But then they haven't beaten Canberra in Canberra in about a decade (or close too). They haven't beaten Melbourne in Melbourne in this century. God only knows who will win it this year. Pick a team out of the hat.
Thank goodness for Ol Schubert then ayWell if Melbourne never got busted...
Looking at six in a row for the Titans should they hold on. They are starting to have a nice run of form, who knows?Thank goodness for Ol Schubert then ay
Carn the Roosters. Feel dirty tbh.
What a crazy set there. Perrett goes length of the field off an intercept, gets mowed down by Gordon, throws a crap pass, Toopi goes the length of the field to the other end.
Personally, I reckon they're a big chance. Scotty Prince knows how to win premierships. Form halfback of the comp atm with Luke Walsh.Looking at six in a row for the Titans should they hold on. They are starting to have a nice run of form, who knows?
That is the same for me. I never have the cojones to pick the Raiders in Canberra because if I do, St George will win.Mmm I dunno. If they get the right matchups in the finals though I don't see them being run down. If they face say the Rabbits or Knights in week one they'll be straight to week 3 with a weeks rest and a coach who knows how to get it done when it counts. They're still favorites by some distance.
Every team in the top 6 has at one time or another looked like premiership material, and every team in the top 6 has at one time or another looked like pretenders. It's one of the things that makes the NRL so interesting, but I think you're right that picking a winner is basically a lottery at this point.
That said, Penrith are going to win it obv.
St George wouldn't win in Canberra if scientists cloned Brett Kelly 12 times and played him in every position. That is the same for me. I never have the cojones to pick the Raiders in Canberra because if I do, St George will win.
You can have Luke O'Dwyer from the TitansPritchard to the mutts. Cooper rumoured to be with the Cowboys. Blair and Paulo rumoured to be on their way to Melbourne. We'll be the only team to actually NEED backrowers.
Good get for the Dogs imo. Pritchard has been much more consistent this year. I reckon he'll really hit his straps next year.
Would rather Bodene Thompson tbh.You can have Luke O'Dwyer from the Titans
Got the Panthers, Tigers, Raiders, Broncos, Knights, Sharks and Cowboys at least close. The rest is all varying stages of dire, particularly my SOO predictionI can believe it. Say what you like about the guy, he knows how to get injured.

Premiers: Bulldogs - lol
Minor Premiers: Dragons - looking good
Wooden Spoon: Warriors - lol
Dark Horse: Rabbitohs/Cowboys - Cowboys lol, Rabbitohs ****ed by injuries
Big Movers: Roosters - good call

Best Signing: Greg Bird - probably not
Dally M: Jamie Soward - probably not
State of Origin: Queensland 2-1 (yes, I'm still pessimistic) - turns out that was optimistic
Headline of the Year: Someone will murder some chick, before they realise it's a scam to bash league after a relatively clean off-season. - nah
