Dammit, forgot I hadn't put my tips in here. Would have tipped Titans/Panthers.

I wont be able to watch it (:() but the Panthers/Broncos game will be interesting to see how Jennings goes against Folau and Hodges. As things stand that's looking like a rehearsal to a SOO matchup.

However one of the reasons I've tipped Brisbane is because, although I rate him highly in attack, I don't think he'll be up to handling them defensively. If that happens, and the selectors are watching, could be the end of his rep ambitions this year.

I guess he does have Shane "can't pass" Elford next to him 8-)
probz why hes a winger.

Manly at an astonishingly long $1.45 against the Bunnies tonight.

Have a lazy $100 on them.

Easiest pizza and beer ever.

Dragons running out of gas here, its gonna happen all year, whenever any team is getting on a roll they will just fall asleep for half an hour and they lose. If Knights get up to win here get on the Tigers to beat them next week.

I hate Ben ******** Rodgers so much, almost lost us the game with his useless 'chip' kick. Get Scotty and Mullen in at 7 and 6.

Wasn't that Mullen? Wasnt really watching it all that closely. Was almost a case of neither team wanting to win in that last 5-6 minutes.

Nah, was Rogers. You're thinking of when Mullen ran it on the last then either kicked it, or passed to Sau who kicked it.

Na it was Rodgers, Mullen was on the other side doing the smart thing (setting up for a Field Goal) but Rodgers called for it down the short side.

Ah yeh thats right, was thinking of the play where Sau booted it thirty metres dead in goal.

I always wondered how Ben Rogers keeps getting NRL games. I thought when he was at Souths it was just cus they couldn't get anyone better. Then when got released I was sure he would go to the Super League (where I think he belongs). But then Dragons signed him just before the finals. Now he got another run at Knights. Just seems like an average player and really average 5/8. Though Chris Bailey doesn't offer a lot more in attack. It is just the fad with backrowers playing 5/8. Or is he better then what he looks to me?

Rogers has actually played about 5 or 6 games in his career that have been absolute gun, I guess coaches/clubs keep thinking they will be the ones to bring out the best in him and see him produce it on a more consistent basis but really it's never gonna happen.

Well, the NRL's tinkering with rules that don't need tinkering with, instead of worrying about those which do, continues.

Antonio Winterstein "scored" that try on Friday night did he? Apart fromnbeing the sixth or seventh Broncos winger since the late 90s with an unusual name, does anyone seriously think that's a try? I know they've chnged the rule so you only have to have contact, but it's a ****ing joke. You may as well go to gridiron and just let them carry it over the line, or better still, make it ****ing basketball. Absolutely ****house rule-making. And the Newcastle one last night wasn't a shedload better either.
