Interesting to note though, that if the Warriors hadn't been docked those four points the Raiders could very well have been knocked out next week on for-and-against.

Even with the -4 points, they must be kicking themselves for losing some of the games they should have won. Still this should bode well for next year for them.

Speculation is rife that Ricky Stuart will be fired at the end of the season, if he does, anybody care to take a gander who would get the gig?

He may be a complete knob, but I can't see him doing any worse than Ricky at the moment.

i think we'll see Fittler/Gould in charge for a year and then Fittler take the gig full time after 2007.

Warriors cheated and got Price and Wiki, if they didnt cheat and not lose the 4 points they wouldnt have arguably their two best players...

You're right of course, I'm not saying they didn't deserve to lose those 4 points.

On the other hand, when you consider that Price and Wiki are the only real stars in the team, you have to wonder how they managed to bust the salary cap in the first place...

id say they had to pay overs for guys like Martin, Fien etc...
plus all the NZ internationals they have are all on rep contracts, someone like Manu Vatuvei would be on a similar contract to Brent Tate or Matt Cooper id imagine...
