He refused to fire McCarthy in the off season because he didn't want to be paying two coaches.

He signed Dak and Lamb late to avoid having cap flexibility to sign players.

Even now refusing to fire the head coach is a joke.

McCarthy’s got them to the playoffs comfortably for 3 seasons in a row (where they went 1-3 tbf) and they are 3-3 so far which isn’t that bad. Don’t think you gain much from firing him at this point of the season.
