Bangladesh and Zimbabwe have nothing better than Jarvis, unless you're willing to chuck in Sunny.

I'd pick Vusi over Hamilton on recent form, and also is Mazda even a specialist opener?

I keep getting this feeling that Williamson will find some way of getting out that will be described as 'unlucky', like the first innings.

Reckon we should tick along at this rate (3 ish per over) for another 40 runs or so, then look to increase the scoring rate.

They are going to do it based on lunch they said. So they will open up after lunch.

Mahmudullah should come in for either Taibu/Rahim.

seems a shame that fans all over the world will filter out the results of this game from Vettori's record. He really did bowl a treat and deserved a 5 wicket bag.

Without him Zimbos would have got 450.

I don't really consider this current Zimbo side to be "minnow" minnows. They gave Pakistan a scare, they've given us a scare, they beat Bangladesh.

They have a decentish Test side. Reckon they're much stronger than they were in that post-Flower period, at least in Test cricket.Their current domestic structure is wonderful, I reckon Bangladesh could learn a lot of lessons from how they've ran Zimbabwean domestic cricket in the last couple seasons.

83/1 in that session? Heh, I must be turning into one of those "score farssster" types. I was pretty bored.
Rossco's powering up right now for some slog sweeps to please the T20 purists. Wonder if they have KFC in Zimbabwe.

.... actually I just looked it up. Doesn't seem that there is, though there is something called 'Chicken Inn' - not sure if this has the same strength-giving salty goodness.
